1. General Policy

At Antiquités Mike Decker, we pride ourselves on offering genuine, one-of-a-kind antiques. Each piece is described and photographed carefully, reflecting its condition, age, and character.

Because of the unique and delicate nature of antique items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size, or aesthetics.

We encourage you to request additional photos, condition details, or to schedule an in-person viewing before purchasing.

2. Exceptions – Misrepresentation or Undisclosed Defects

If an item you receive is:

• Significantly different from its description, or

• Has a major fault not mentioned or visible in the photos

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

In such cases, and at our sole discretion, we may authorize a return for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition.

3. Damage in Transit

We take care to package all items securely. However, Antiquités Mike Decker is not liable for damage caused during shipping or transport.

We recommend inspecting deliveries immediately and contacting the delivery service directly if visible damage is present upon receipt.

4. Return Conditions (If Authorised)

If we authorise a return due to misrepresentation:

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

• We strongly recommend using insured shipping for the return.

5. In-Person Viewings

To avoid any uncertainty, customers are welcome to view items in person by appointment before purchasing. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
