By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern the relationship between you (the customer) and us (the seller). Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Products
All pieces listed on antiques.lu are authentic, one-of-a-kind antiques, curated with great care and over 40 years of professional expertise. Due to the nature of antique items, they are sold “as is” and may exhibit signs of age, wear, or patina — which are considered part of their character and charm.
We do our best to describe each item accurately and provide detailed photos. If you would like more information or additional images before purchasing, we are happy to assist — just reach out.
3. Viewing & Additional Information
Customers are welcome to request additional photos or details about any item before purchasing. If you prefer to view a piece in person, visits can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us via our contact form or email to schedule a visit.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We currently accept secure payments via WooCommerce Payments (powered by Stripe), which supports major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable. An invoice can be provided upon request.
5. Returns & Cancellations
At this time, we do not offer returns unless the item you received is significantly different from the description or photos provided.
If you believe there has been an error or omission, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation in good faith and may offer a return or other resolution at our discretion.
Due to the nature and uniqueness of our items, we strongly encourage customers to request all necessary information prior to purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer shipping within Luxembourg. For international orders, please contact us directly to request a quote and discuss logistics.
Shipping is arranged through local or specialized carriers, depending on the nature of the item. Larger or more delicate items may require a white-glove or freight-style delivery service.
You may also choose to collect your purchase in person by appointment. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll work with you to schedule a suitable pickup time.
7. Liability
All items are carefully packed to ensure safe transit; however, Antiquités Mike Decker is not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping or collection, once the item has left our possession.
We recommend customers inspect packages upon delivery and contact the carrier directly in case of visible damage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on antiques.lu — including product descriptions, images, and logos — is the intellectual property of Antiquités Mike Decker and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Luxembourg law. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
