Shipping & Delivery

At Antiquités Mike Decker, we take great care in ensuring that your antique items are delivered safely and efficiently. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Shipping Within Luxembourg

We currently offer shipping throughout Luxembourg for all items listed on our website.

  • Delivery Time: Usually within 5–10 business days after purchase. 

  • Delivery Method: Depending on the size and nature of the piece, delivery will be handled either by us directly or through a trusted local courier.

  • Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. You’ll see the delivery cost at checkout or receive a quote if the piece requires special handling.


2. International Shipping

While our standard shipping is limited to Luxembourg, we are happy to arrange international shipping on request.

  • Please contact us before purchasing to discuss the item and get a shipping quote.

  • We will provide an estimate based on the destination, item size, and your preferred shipping method.

  • All international orders must be confirmed manually before shipment is arranged.


3. Packaging & Handling

  • Each item is carefully packed to protect it during transit.

  • Due to the nature of antiques, some pieces may require custom packaging or special care, which we will organize as needed.

  • If you prefer to collect your item in person, this can be arranged by appointment.


4. Damages During Transit

While we do our best to ensure your item is delivered safely, please note:

  • We are not liable for damages caused during shipping or collection.

  • If damage does occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier if applicable.


5. Local Pickup

  • You are welcome to pick up your purchase in person from our location in Luxembourg.

  • All pickups are by appointment only. We will contact you after purchase to schedule a time.
